Livello Home Collection (AKC Furniture Industry and Trade Ltd. - Akan Wood) began its operations in November 2005 in a closed area of 3800 m2. In 2008, as part of our corporate transformation efforts, our company continued its initiatives by renewing its machinery lineup and increasing its capacity to produce 1000 sets of bedroom and dining room furniture per month. In 2013, within the framework of further institutionalization efforts, we transitioned to an ERP program in addition to the production and accounting programs we were using. Our factory, located in İnegöl Organized Industrial Zone, expanded to a new facility with a total area of 22,000 m2, including 11,000 m2 of closed space. This new facility integrates production, shipment tracking, warehouse management, after-sales service, and accounting. All packages and their contents are automated with barcode systems in our program, ensuring smooth delivery to our valued customers. Currently, with state-of-the-art production machinery, our production line includes 2 HPP11 panel sizing machines, 3 channel edge banding machines, 2 Italian curved edge and 4 Robland contour edge machines, 2 Rover CNC processing machines, one 3-head drilling and single-head drilling machine, one 7-head multiple drilling machine, in-house press machines, and a PVC membrane machine. With 127 employees, we are capable of producing 2000 sets of bedroom and dining room furniture per month. More than half of the furniture we produce is exported to countries such as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Azerbaijan, Germany, Macedonia, Kosovo, Georgia, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, Armenia, and Austria. In Turkey, our products are sold through dealers in 56 cities. Our company s goal is to solidly double this production figure in the coming years. Contributing to İnegöl furniture and Turkey s exports, our main objectives include increasing both our foreign trade volume and domestic sales without compromising on quality, and providing more employment opportunities.
