Livello Home Collection (AKC Mobilya San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. – Akan Ahşap) started its operations in November 2005 with a 3,800 m² closed area. In 2008, our company underwent a corporate transformation, continuing its efforts by renewing its machinery park after training its personnel, and reached a capacity to produce 1,000 bedroom and dining room sets per month. In 2013, as part of further corporate efforts, we transitioned to an ERP system in addition to our existing production and accounting software. Our factory, located in the İnegöl Organized Industrial Zone, has integrated production, shipping, warehouse tracking, after-sales services, and accounting within our new facilities, which include 11,000 m² of closed area and a total of 22,000 m². All packages and products within the packages are fully automated and barcoded in our system, ensuring seamless delivery to our valued customers. While continuing production with the latest technology, our production line includes 2 HPP11 panel sizing machines, 3 grooved edge banding machines, 2 Italian curved edge machines, 4 Robland panel saws, 2 Rover CNC processing machines, one Vitap 3-head drilling machine, one single-head drilling machine, one 7-head multi-drill machine, in-house curved press machines, 1 PVC membrane machine, and 127 employees, enabling us to produce 2,000 bedroom and dining room sets monthly. More than half of our furniture production is exported to countries such as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Azerbaijan, Germany, Macedonia, Kosovo, Georgia, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, Armenia, and Austria. In Turkey, we sell our products through our dealers in 56 cities. Our company’s goal is to double this monthly production volume in the coming years by establishing a solid foundation. Contributing to İnegöl furniture and Turkey’s exports, our primary goals include increasing our foreign trade volume and domestic sales without compromising quality, and providing more employment opportunities.
